We’re thrilled to share some very big news — the word Trufflepot® is now a registered trademark in the UK! 🐾✨

That’s right — after months of dreaming, building, creating, (and filling out more forms than a hedgehog has spines), our application to the UK Intellectual Property Office has officially been granted!

The name Trufflepot® is now protected across a wide range of categories, including:

Class 9 – Digital Goodies:

Downloadable storybooks, audiobooks, mobile apps with games, stories & educational content

Class 16 – Print Magic:

Books, storybooks, notebooks, journals, stationery, calendars, posters & teaching materials

Class 18 – Pet Essentials:

Tote bags, backpacks, collars, leads, pet clothing, and treat bags (Gwen says woof)

Class 25 – Apparel:

T-shirts, jumpers, hats, socks, scarves, footwear – Gang gear for all ages!

Class 31 – For the Animals:

Pet food, natural treats, chews – only the best for our furry friends

Class 41 – Publishing & Fun:

Book publishing, storytelling, educational services, and non-downloadable online content

What This Means

It means Trufflepot® is officially ours — and we can protect it as we continue to grow. Whether it’s books, games, mugs, or biscuit-themed merchandise… the gang’s identity is now legally recognised.
